Download all your data, or close your workspace
Your data is yours: take a copy any time, and leave whenever you want.
In Settings → Your data, owners can download everything (guests, stays, requests, bills, bookings, team and more) as spreadsheet files in one ZIP.
To stop using Chime Bee, you don't need to do anything: nothing renews by itself. To have your data deleted, use Close this workspace. Staff and guests can't use it from then on, and you have 30 days to reopen it from the Billing page or download your data; then everything is deleted.
