End-of-day cash-up and monthly reports

Count the drawer against today's takings, and see the month.

  1. 1At the end of the day, open Reports. Count the cash drawer against Cash, and the card machine against Card.
  2. 2Each payment shows the time, guest, room and who took it, so differences are easy to find.
  3. 3Below, see the month: occupancy, average room rate, RevPAR, room revenue and room service.

Switch on the daily email summary in Settings to get yesterday's numbers every morning.
