Service charge, VAT, TDL and a second currency

In Settings, switch on the service charge (for example 10%) and add each tax by name and rate: VAT 18%, TDL 1%, SSCL. They appear as separate lines on every bill. To show totals in US dollars as well, set the second currency and your rate.
