Practice mode: try everything free, then go live

Set up your own place and try every feature with test guests. Pay only to use it with real guests.

A new workspace starts in practice mode. Every screen works: requests, check-in, bills, reservations, calendar, reports, kitchen and translation. Set up your real rooms, services and team, and practise with your staff on their own phones. There's no time limit.

  1. 1You can have 2 test guests in house at a time, and guests can send 10 requests a day.
  2. 2Guest pages show a practice note, printed QR codes say PRACTICE, and bills aren't valid invoices.
  3. 3Nothing goes out to guests: no emails or WhatsApp, no online bookings or payments, and booking-site calendars don't sync.
  4. 4When you're ready for real guests, open Billing and choose a plan. Everything goes live as soon as the payment arrives, and all you've set up stays.

After going live, use Replace on the QR codes page to print clean codes without the PRACTICE mark.
