Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code or open a link, and it works in any phone browser. Nothing to install, no account.
How long does it take to set up?
Most places are running the same day, and we set it up with you personally. Press “Start with examples for my business” and you get rooms or tables, teams and services ready to rename.
My staff aren't very technical. Will they cope?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use ChimeBee. Each request is one card with big buttons: accept, start, done. Guests can write in Sinhala or Tamil, and the message is translated for your team.
Is there a contract?
No. Try everything free for 14 days with no card. After that, pick a plan and pay monthly or yearly in rupees; stop whenever you like. If you stop, your data stays safe and comes back the moment you pay again.
Does it work with Booking.com?
