Get alerts on staff phones

1. 1Open Chime Bee on the phone and sign in once. On iPhone, add it to the home screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen).
2. 2Open your account and press Turn on alerts on this device, then allow notifications when the phone asks.
3. 3Switch On duty on when you start and off when you go home. Only people on duty get alerts.

Someone isn't getting alerts? Check they're On duty, in the right department, and allowed notifications for Chime Bee in the phone's settings.
